We are a 52-bed licensed supported assisted living community, most residents are independent and need some help with their activities. We do not use lifts of any kind so our residents must be able to transfer with the help of only 1 aide. Residents must also be able to feed themselves. The LNA is the front-line caregiver at Evergreen Place. If you’re caring, compassionate, patient, provide exceptional care and have a positive attitude you could be the right person for Evergreen Place. Must be very reliable.

You must have:

Current applicable NH LNA license Some experience in a senior care setting or a desire to work in a senior care setting Ability to take direction, ask questions, assist residents as needed Sense of humor and can read residents’ minds occasionally Shift differential available based on shift. Responsibilities Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and document vital signs and changes in patient conditions in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize EMR and EHR systems to maintain accurate medical records. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care, particularly in senior care settings. Support residents with memory care needs and engage them in meaningful activities.
