LNA/PCSP
for the following: PT- Work 28 hours get paid for 32hrs with prorated benefits
Fixed Schedule:
11p-7am every Thursday & Friday 7p-7am every Saturday Come join our award winning team! The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Personal Care Service Provider (PCSP) provides personal care and other health-related services in a community setting.
LNA/PCSP
will assist residents to attain and maintain the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being as determined by resident assessments and individual plan of care.
Responsibilities:
LNA/PCSP
perform resident related tasks under the supervision of an RN or LPN. Assist residents with basic personal care such as bathing and grooming, dressing and undressing, light meal preparation, transfers and ambulation, restroom use and continence and medication assistance. Assist residents with fluids and nourishment reminders. Maintain a safe, attractive and comfortable environment for the residents. Answer resident emergency calls for assistance promptly. Report to the Nurse immediately if the resident has a concern, has a change in condition, or whenever other special needs arise. Maintain helpful interpersonal relationships with residents, families and staff. Assume responsibility for self-safety and safety of immediate work environment. Responsible for attendance at annual in-service program with regards to dementia training, body mechanics, right to know and fire and safety procedures. Perform additional duties as requested and strong ability to work in a team atmosphere.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements Graduate of a GED program or high school LNA License or caregiver experience preferred. Ability to meet all Post-Offer Pre-employment requirements (including physical exam, background checks, etc.)
