40•hours•The Personal Care Attendant will provide high-quality care to ourresidents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Thisrole requires a professional who is committed to deliveringexceptional patient care and can work effectively within ateam.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, includingbathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse,and temperature. Assist in the mobility of residents, including transferring andpositioning. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Communicate effectively with residents, families, andhealthcare team members. Follow care plans and report any changes in residents’conditions to the nursing staff. Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate and patient-focused attitude. Ability to handle physical demands of the job, includinglifting and moving residents
