Job Description:
Are you looking for a meaningful role where you can make a real difference in someone’s life? We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Homemaker in the Salem/Derry Area.to provide essential support and assistance to individuals who need care. In this position, you’ll play an important role in creating a safe, comfortable environment while helping with a variety of household tasks and daily activities. As a Homemaker, you’ll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes, including: Assisting with core household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, ensuring a safe home environment, grocery shopping, running errands, and offering reminders or simple assistance with daily activities.
Following the care plan outlined by the supervisor, including duties like light housekeeping and grocery shopping.
Encouraging and supporting the consumer’s journey toward self-reliance.
Communicating regularly with your supervisor and attending required meetings.
Maintaining professionalism and respecting the confidentiality of both the consumer and their family at all times.
Completing necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
Minimum eighteen (18) years of age
Able to work independently to meet the physical, emotional and intellectual needs of adults
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
$18 hourly
Hours:
