Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Administer medication under the direction of a nurse or healthcare provider
• Help with household chores, including meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Monitor and report changes in client’s health or behavior

Qualifications:

• Experience in caregiving, nursing, or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and procedures
• Understanding of resident rights and confidentiality (HIPAA)
• Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities or dementia
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
