Offer personal care, assist with daily living activities, and provide companionship to clients in their homesEncourage and empower clients to maintain their independence to the fullest extent possibleAdhere to care plans crafted by our Registered Nurses and contribute to a safe and comfortable living environmentProvide support for mobility, transfers, and positioningAssist clients with medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments or errandsMaintain accurate and timely records of the care deliveredAdhere to infection control and safety policies and guidelines

What You Bring:

Valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification in New JerseyDemonstrated experience in providing personal care and assisting with daily living activitiesCompassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering top-notch careStrong communication skills and an ability to build positive relationships with clients and their familiesAccess to reliable transportation for visiting client homes

Additional Requirements:
