We are currently seeking a residential supervisor to provide Overnight Staffing for our residence in Englewood, New Jersey. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in assisting consumers in teaching basic life skills, achieving greater self sufficiency, and in accessing the community to achieve their goal of living independently. Along with providing on-site care, our candidate must have prior experience in aiding with daily life skills which will include, personal hygiene, medication administration and personal self-care. The selected candidate must have This/her own automobile as transportation will be necessary to accesses his community. Our candidate should be prepared to demonstrate a background rich in special needs advocacy in a one-to-one setting with Adults with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities and/ or Individuals with Special Needs. You will be required to pass a criminal background check, drug test and possess a valid State of New Jersey drivers license free of of any moving violations.
