Summary As an In Home Caregiver at OneWell Health Care, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized support to individuals in their homes. Your contributions will help enhance their quality of life while promoting independence and dignity within a caring environment. Responsibilities Provide direct support to individuals with IDD in their home environment. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management. Monitor and record vital signs as needed, ensuring the health and safety of clients. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy. Requirements Experience in direct support or home care preferred. Must Speak Spanish. Knowledge of long-term care practices is a plus. Current CPR certification is required. Ability to assist clients with physical tasks, including lifting when necessary. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and families. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is beneficial.
