Your Day-to-Day Duties:

Attend to all issues related to our clients / caregivers / office staff & other daily functions Answer incoming inquiries for service / employment via telephone Schedule & coordinate day-to-day activities of our caregivers Perform payroll duties (verify time sheets, update employee records & computer input for payroll processing) Maintain & document all associate records & activities in our internal system, Wellsky Keep lines of communications open & clear w/ caregivers & clients Respond properly & courteously to all potential & active client calls Be on-call 1x/month (don’t worry, no back-to-back shifts!) Serve as a liaison between caregivers, clients & Operations Manager Assist w/ sales, marketing, recruiting & public relations efforts
