Are you a motivated individual ready to make a real difference? Community Access Unlimited is looking for Part-Time DSPs to support people with disabilities in their daily lives. Your role is essential in providing care, supervision, and support that ensures members’ health, safety, and well-being.

What You’ll Do:
Assist members with daily living activities like bathing, hygiene, and meal prep
Support daily living skills and provide counseling
Help with food shopping, menu planning, and transport to appointments or activities
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
Communicate care updates and collaborate with families and staff
Attend trainings, meetings, and complete all required documentation
Ensure compliance with all mandated background and safety checks
Resolve member and family concerns with compassion and professionalism

What You Need:
High school diploma required
Ability to build positive relationships with members and families
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Organized, resourceful, and able to work independently
Responsible leadership and mentoring abilities
Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and vehicle access
Willingness to attend trainings outside regular hours
