Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and reporting any changes to the family Provide companionship and emotional support to client, fostering a positive environment. Help with mobility assistance, including heavy lifting when necessary. Implement care plans as directed by healthcare professionals and family to meet the specific needs of client. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for client, adhering to hygiene standards. Document patient progress and any changes in condition accurately and timely. Collaborate with family members and aide team to ensure comprehensive care. Skills Strong knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and home health practices. Experience in long-term care settings such as nursing homes or senior care facilities is preferred. Proficiency in CPR and first aid techniques is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when assisting clients with mobility or personal care tasks. Familiarity with creating and following care plans tailored to individual client needs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with client, family, and healthcare professionals.
