Position Summary:
- As a Care Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, reliable, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Support clients with mobility and physical activities. Assist with meal preparation and dietary needs, ensuring clients maintain a balanced diet. Administer medications as prescribed, following proper guidelines and documentation. Monitor and document clients’ health and wellbeing, reporting any changes to the supervising nurse or management. Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to enhance emotional wellbeing. Ensure cleanliness and safety of clients’ living spaces and assist with light housekeeping tasks. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local and state regulations.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus. Must be compassionate, patient, and respectful toward clients and their families. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and personal care tasks. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
