In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care, including seniors and those with disabilities. Key Responsibilities Assist with personal care and grooming (bathing, dressing, hygiene) Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment. Help with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safe movement within the home or to appointments. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client privacy and confidentiality. Support clients independence with dignity, respect and compassion. Observe and report changes with client’s condition or needs and document all tasks and care provided.
