Job Summary:

As a Home Care Coordinator, you will be the critical link between clients, caregivers, and the administrative team. You will manage day-to-day operations such as scheduling, client communication, and compliance support. This role is ideal for someone who can multitask efficiently and problem-solve under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily caregiver schedules and assignments quickly and accurately Respond to urgent staffing needs and callouts in real-time Maintain open and clear communication with clients, caregivers, and staff Document client and caregiver information in scheduling software (e.g., HHAeXchange) Ensure ongoing compliance with NYS Department of Health regulations Work closely with the clinical team to match caregivers based on client needs Support recruitment and onboarding of caregivers

Qualifications:

High school diploma required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred) Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in home care Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of home care compliance and documentation standards Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Bilingual is must (English/Chinese), Fuzhounese dialect preferred
