• Process and manage payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and other required reports
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems (e.g., Kronos, Workday
• Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data and proper onboarding/offboarding procedures
