Home Family Care is seeking for a Home care field marketer with a book of business. A professional who is responsible for developing and nurturing relationships to generate client referrals for a home care agency with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources and a network of contacts within the healthcare community that you will bring to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
As a home care field marketer with a book of business , you will focus on relationship building with potential referral sources like hospitals, healthcare professionals, and senior living facilities to generate client referrals and increase the agency’s visibility. You should be able to develop and implement marketing plans, which can include digital and traditional methods, and identify and market to potential clients. Additional responsibilities involve market research, organizing educational initiatives, networking at industry events, collaborating with the intake team, and analyzing marketing data.
Qualifications:
Essential qualifications for this role include proven experience in marketing and sales, ideally within the healthcare sector. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are crucial for building relationships and effectively conveying information. The ability to develop and execute marketing plans is also necessary. Having established contacts within the healthcare community is beneficial. Other valuable skills may include proficiency with relevant software, self-motivation, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. In essence, a home care field marketer with a book of business is a sales and marketing professional who utilizes their existing network to foster growth for the home care agency.
