Schedule:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8am-8pm (Riverhead Case)
Weekend availability
Base Pay Rate:
$19.10 – $21.00 per hour
Care Delivery:
To provide the highest quality of care to Allegiant Home Care clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure clients’ needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction. Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.
