4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Night shift Overnight shift Responsibilities Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in home and community settings, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care. Foster effective communication and build rapport with clients to enhance their quality of life. Implement behavior management strategies and support plans tailored to individual needs. Maintain accurate records of client progress and any incidents, ensuring compliance with care standards. Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to improve caregiving skills. Qualifications Strong communication skills Experience in home and community care Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Direct support experience with individuals with disabilities Familiarity with behavioral health and behavior management techniques No prior experience required; training will be provided Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
