Qualifications Proven experience in caregiving and long-term care settings Knowledge of patient observation and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Certification in first aid and CPR Familiarity with cleaning and maintaining a safe living environment Experience in group homes or assisted living facilities Strong cooking skills and ability to prepare nutritious meals
