Summary As a Direct Care Worker at Christian Home Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our clients. This position is essential in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities Provide compassionate personal care and support to clients in their homes. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients’ health conditions. Develop trusting relationships with clients to promote their emotional well-being. Support clients with mobility and physical activities as needed. Document care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions to supervisors. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or home health preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of first aid procedures is a plus. Experience working with individuals with autism or special needs is beneficial.
