This part-time role primarily covers evenings and weekends and is ideal for someone with a heart for service and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site support and accountability to residents Model healthy living and boundaries in recovery Monitor house environment to ensure safety and structure Drive residents to meetings, appointments, and activities as needed Collaborate with the team to support residents’ recovery goals

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (transportation is a regular part of the role) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to remain calm, professional, and supportive in a recovery setting Previous experience in recovery or a related field is preferred but not required

Schedule:

Evening and weekend availability is a must. Flexible hours and a supportive team environment.
