Implement care plans developed by healthcare professionals and participate in case management discussions. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare team members regarding client needs and progress. Utilize medical terminology accurately when documenting care provided or discussing client conditions. Adhere to all safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary.
