Female Caregiver Requirements:
Must be legal to work // have working papers High School Diploma or GED Must have a valid in-state driver’s license, if never than 2022 must have proof of residency in PA (old license, taxes, utility bill.) Must be over 21 years old Must be willing to get Tuberculosis screening or already have it (we pay for it) Female Caregiver preferred Lives near 19530 or has reliable transportation
Case Details:
Afternoon Weekdays Flexible 12 hours a week Example- 4hrs 3 days a week or 6hrs 2 days a week $15 per hour //
Full Time Caregiver Job Responsibilities:
Assists resident with activities of daily living, including: Dressing Grooming Light housekeeping Medication reminders Groceries Activities according to the individual service plan.
Caregiver Qualifications/Skills:
Health promotion and maintenance Creating a safe, effective environment Legal compliance Bedside manner Medical teamwork Promoting mental health Pain management Listening, analyzing information, and focusing on quality Physical ability to reach with hands and arms; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and lift up to 50 lbs. while avoiding potential injury from transferring, repositioning, or lifting residents.
