Direct Care Worker (DCW) Hope House Home Healthcare Warren Center, PA 18851 No experience necessary. We are an equal opportunity employer. We have direct care worker positions available. A Direct Care Worker assists with personal care needs, as well as anything to keep our clients as independent and safe as can be, at home, until their last days. You play games with the client, talk, watch movies/shows, go on walks or rides, assist with exercises, groceries as needed (transportation is not required), make meals, light-housekeeping, laundry, animal care, medication reminders, stand-by assist, hands on assist, toilet/ bathroom care, incontinent care, and more!
