Caregiver Fidelity Home Care of PA Perkasie, PA 18944 Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals requiring care, including those with specific needs such as hospice care, memory care, and autism. This role requires a blend of empathy, patience, and professional skills to ensure clients receive the highest standard of care. Duties Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor vital signs to ensure client health and safety. Assist clients with mobility and physical activities to promote independence. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities. Support clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry. Maintain accurate records of client care, including changes in condition or behavior. Respect resident rights and maintain confidentiality at all times. Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans. Experience Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as hospice care, assisted living, or nursing homes is preferred. Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and CPR certification is advantageous. Experience working with individuals with memory care needs or autism is a plus.
