What We’re Looking For:

6+ months of hands-on caregiving experience (home care, facility, or family care all considered) Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance Clean background check Strong skills in memory care, bedbound care, and/or hospice support A team-player attitude, clear communication, and dependable follow-through
