Summary We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team at Leann’s Loving Hands Home Care. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while fostering a nurturing environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life. Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs as required. Administer medication and monitor health conditions under supervision. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document client progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals. Requirements Experience in home care or personal assistance preferred. Knowledge of long-term care practices and dementia care is a plus. CPR certification is required; additional healthcare certifications are beneficial. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients. Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
