In this vital role, you will provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and providing companionship. Help with meal preparation and provide assistance with feeding if needed. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being. Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to relevant authorities. Maintain a clean and organized living space for clients. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families. Requirements Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Genuine compassion and sensitivity towards clients’ needs. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
