Duties As a Residential Aide, your responsibilities will include: Assisting residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Providing direct support to individuals with memory care requirements. Monitoring and recording vital signs as needed. Preparing meals and assisting residents during mealtime to ensure proper nutrition. Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the living space. Lifting and transferring residents safely when required. Driving residents to appointments or activities as necessary. Engaging residents in social activities and providing companionship.

Experience Ideal candidates will possess:
