Summary As a Direct Care Worker at The Wright Agency LLC, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized assistance and support in their daily activities. This position is essential to our mission of delivering tailored care that meets the unique needs of each individual. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being. Monitor and document clients’ health status and report any changes to the supervisor. Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times. Support clients in maintaining their independence while respecting their dignity. Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements Experience in home health care or a related field is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature. Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities. Basic knowledge of patient care practices and vital sign monitoring is a plus. Physical ability to assist with heavy lifting and mobility support.
