Summary As a Direct Care Worker at The Wright Agency LLC, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing compassionate and individualized care. This position is essential for supporting our mission to deliver exceptional non-medical assistance to those in need. Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance to clients including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication reminders. Support clients with mobility and transportation needs to enhance their independence. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Document and report any changes in clients’ conditions or needs to the appropriate personnel. Foster positive relationships with clients to promote emotional well-being and companionship. Requirements Previous experience in direct care or a related field is preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is required. Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
