In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Your contributions will be vital in helping individuals maintain their independence while receiving the care they need. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs to ensure clients’ health and safety. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life. Help with meal preparation and nutrition management according to dietary needs. Assist clients with mobility and transfers as needed. Ensure that clients’ rights are respected and upheld at all times. Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client needs. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or personal care preferred. Knowledge of senior care practices and resident rights is a plus. Ability to monitor vital signs accurately. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families. Compassionate attitude towards helping others maintain their independence.
