In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your contributions will be vital in helping our clients maintain their independence. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs as needed to ensure client health. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks. Assist clients with memory care activities to promote cognitive engagement. Administer first aid when necessary and respond to emergencies appropriately. Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans. Requirements Experience in long-term or senior care preferred. Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and memory care techniques. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families. Ability to manage behavior compassionately in various situations. Certification in first aid or CPR is a plus but not required.
