Job Description
Caregiver Better Life Home Care Agency LLC 51 Long Ln, Upper Darby, PA 19082 1000$ sign on bonus (break down to 250 after 3 months, 250 after 6 months and 500 after 1 year anniversary). 500$ referral bonus to refer a friend to work ( paid after 6 months of new hire stay with the company). Mileage reimbursement when travel from 1 job to another job. 1.5 times pay when pick up emergency shifts for call outs
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting) Prepare meals and assist with feeding Light housekeeping and laundry Medication reminders Companionship and emotional support Monitor and report changes in client condition
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior caregiving experience (preferred) CPR/First Aid certification (a plus) Patience, compassion, and reliability Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
