• Caregiver needed Monday-Friday 8am-12pm for a female client in Garnet Valley PA. Client needs help getting up and ready as well as light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and companionship. Client is looking for a reliable caregiver/companion that is pet (cat) friendly.
• Overview We are always seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and care to individuals in need.

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting their overall well-being. This position requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including those with developmental disabilities, dementia, and hospice care needs. Duties Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Monitor patients’ health by observing their condition and reporting any changes. Assist with mobility and physical activities, including lifting clients as needed. Support clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Document care provided and any observations related to the client’s health or behavior. Experience Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as social work is preferred. Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and dementia care practices is highly desirable. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. Strong observational skills to effectively monitor patient conditions and communicate changes. Ability to lift clients safely while ensuring their comfort and dignity. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards.
