Dietary Supervisor-Personal Care 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 3500 W Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073 Dunwoody Village is a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) conveniently located in Newtown Square, PA and we are searching for an experienced Personal Care Dietary Supervisor who is looking for an excellent community to work in with excellent pay, benefits, and who values providing quality care and customer service to our residents. The position includes a flexible schedule and requires working a weekend and holiday rotation. The Personal Care Dietary Supervisor handles all aspects of the dining experience to the residents in our Personal Care and Memory Care neighborhoods. They will be responsible for menus, meals, and dietary support for our residents as well as supervising the servers and other dining staff who work in these neighborhoods. The Personal Care Dietary supervisor will also work closely with the Personal Care Administrator, Director of Dining Services, Dieticians, and nursing staff to ensure resident dining needs are being met including knowledge of thickened liquids, puree, ground, and/or chopped food preparation. The candidate must have experience in maintaining the dining and kitchen areas in compliance with Personal Care regulations and must be diligent in ensuring all items are organized, dates, and the dining areas are always in safe and sanitary condition. Bus Routes 104 and 120 are located directly across the street from our campus.
