The right candidate will be responsible for providing compassionate care and assistance to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We have a variety of positions available, including block shifts, full time and part time. As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their daily needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Your core skills in caregiving will be complemented by your experience in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs). Staff are responsible to assist residents with all aspects of daily life, including cooking, cleaning, hygiene, shopping, pass meds, transport, arrange and involve in activities, etc….Your commitment to direct support and individualized care will be key in fostering a safe and nurturing environment for our residents. If you have prior experience working with developmentally disabled adults in a direct care role, we encourage you to apply for this position.
