Part-time and substitute (as needed) positions available Pay Rate starts at $14.28 and increases with experience Must be available Days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays.
Time and a half pay for Holidays.

Job Duties:

Medication Monitoring
Assistance in client homes (on site) with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
Driving clients to appointments/ activities in an agency vehicle (SUV/ truck)
General property/household chores
Ability to complete documentation on the computer (electronic medical record)
Provide human services assistance and advocacy for our clients living with chronic mental health disorders.

High School Diploma or equivalent
Pass Initial Screening, PA Criminal, and Motor Vehicle Clearances
Physically able to complete CPR/ First Aid and Safe Crisis Management Training
Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
