7 days a week, 11 AM – 9 PM 10PM Description of the

Role:

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Direct Care Worker at AbaCares Services in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania. This role requires individuals to work on Sundays to Wednesdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the necessity of owning a vehicle for transportation to work. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and support to clients Assist with daily living activities and tasks Implement individualized care plans Document client progress and behavior

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle Prior experience in direct care or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills
