Summary We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Care Worker to join our team at The Wright Agency LLC. In this role, you will provide essential support to our clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. Your contributions will be vital in helping our clients lead fulfilling lives. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration. Monitor and record vital signs to ensure client health and safety. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Respect resident rights and maintain confidentiality at all times. Collaborate with family members and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Requirements Previous experience in direct care or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of resident rights and basic caregiving principles. Ability to administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and families. CPR certification is a plus but can be obtained after hiring.
