Caregiver Responsibilities:

Assist client with

Activities of Daily Living:

Personal Care (tooth brushing/grooming); Meal Preparation; Medication Reminders; Laundry/Light Housekeeping. Provide transfers and gait assistance, as required Work one-on-one with the client, enhancing their quality of life. Must have own car , and be willing to drive client to appointments. Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds.

Experience caring for clients with Alzheimer’s/Dementia Passionate about caregiving and helping others. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and car insurance. Ability to pass a background check. Current 2 step PPD, Quentiferon gold or chest x-ray with Tuberculosis neg results. Excellent references from past employers and supervisors.
