Summary We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Care Worker to join our team at The Wright Agency LLC. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to our clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients’ health conditions. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients’ dietary needs. Observe and report any changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate personnel. Assist with mobility and transportation as needed, including heavy lifting when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Requirements Previous experience in home care or direct patient support preferred. Knowledge of medication administration and vital sign monitoring is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families. Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting when required. First aid certification is a plus but not mandatory.
