We proudly serve Mercer, Lawrence, Venango, Crawford, and Butler Counties in Pennsylvania. Summary We are seeking a compassionate Direct Care Worker to join our team at The Wright Agency LLC. This role is essential in delivering high-quality support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being in their own homes. Responsibilities Provide direct support and assistance to clients with daily living activities. Observe and report any changes in clients’ conditions or needs. Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Support clients in maintaining their independence while ensuring safety. Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping as needed. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident rights at all times. Requirements Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to perform patient observation effectively. Experience in caregiving or related fields is highly desirable. Willingness to assist with heavy lifting when necessary.
