In Home Caregiver Compassionate Friends Homecare, LLC Greenville, PA 16125 Compassionate Friends Homecare, LLC is seeking In-home caregiver’s interested in PRN shifts with the opportunity of a permanent client. We have roughly 300 clients spread out throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver’s to provide essenential support and assistance to client’s living in their homes or assisted living facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings, including Hospitals, Nursing Homes, In-Home, Assisted Living, etc. This role is crucial for ensuring the well-being and comfort of individuals who require assistance with daily activities due to age, illness, or disability. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Companionship Light housekeeping Meal preparations Medication reminders Errands Assistance to and from appointments Activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, dressing, feeding, incontinence care and transferring. Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals Engage the client in social activities to promote mental well-being Specialized care such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia Requirements At least 18 years of age Ability to treat others with dignity and respect. Previous experience in caregiving or related fields Knowledge of geriatric care practices Ability to work independently while following care plans Possess a valid driver’s license with valid proof of insurance. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and staff Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality care Certification in CPR/First Aid is highly desirable Background checks are provided and required STNA highly desirable Experience with Dementia clients/patients highly desirable Join our team of dedicated caregivers who make a difference in the lives of those we serve! This is a 1099 position with pay being every Friday via direct deposit.
