Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, companionship, and assist with daily living activities.
• Aid clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Home Health is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to enhancing the well-being of others.
• Proficient communication skills and ability to adhere to care plans.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is preferred.
• Successful completion of background screening required.
