Description MCAR, Inc. is a non-profit human services organization that provides support of individuals with intellectual disabilities. We are seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals to work within our Group Homes located in Mercer County. Excellent starting wage- $17.07/hr

Full-Time positions available – Typical shift is 6:00am-6:00am sleeping at the home from 10:00pm-6:00am. Work one day and then off two days.
Lots of overtime opportuntities available at double time.
Job Duties:
Ensure health and safety of individuals supported at all times
Provide emergency support when necessary
Participate as a team member
Assist individuals with supporting their goals
Assist with daily living skills such as personal hygiene care, shopping, laundry and meal preparation
Accurate and timely medication administration
Transportation to doctor appointments, other programs, employment, etc.
Documentation on online system required
Ability to read and implement and Individual Support Plan (ISP)
Ability to provide an overall support of the individuals living within the group homes
