Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver’s license, personal transportation, and current auto insurance High School diploma or equivalent (Home Care Certification required) 2 years of professional experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Direct Care Worker (DCW), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Physical exam & 2-step PPD required Background check & drug testing HHA and/or DC Certification is a plus Weekend & holiday availability Hoyer Lift experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene) Help with meal preparation & light housekeeping Provide companionship & emotional support Communicate with the client’s family and agency Ensure a safe and comfortable environment Perform other client-specific tasks as needed
