Personal Care Aide Personal Care at The Park 3455 Davisville Road, Hatboro, PA 19040

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help patients with mobility and transfers
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program
• Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of employment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending and lifting Apply in person
