Expected Hours:

4-35 hours per week We are actively seeking compassionate and experienced Caregivers to join our team in the Sunbury area, particularly for our second shift (4:00 PM•12:00 AM). Experience with dementia and/or sundowning is highly preferred.

Shifts Available First Shift:

8:00 AM•4:00

PM Second Shift:

4:00 PM•12:00 AM ( priority hiring ) Third Shift (Coming Soon): 12:00 AM•8:00 AM Overview As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients through personalized, high-quality care. This role requires empathy, strong communication, and a genuine desire to support individuals in maintaining their dignity and independence. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation and compliance. Provide companionship and emotional support in a nurturing and respectful manner. Monitor and report any changes in client health, mood, or behavior. Use memory care techniques to support individuals with dementia or cognitive impairments. Encourage independence and skill development for individuals with developmental disabilities. Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards. Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to implement personalized care plans. Qualifications and Skills Prior caregiving, senior care, or patient care experience is preferred. Knowledge of safe medication practices and caregiving protocols. Ability to cook nutritious meals based on client needs. Familiarity with dementia care and memory support techniques. Certification in CPR is highly desirable. Strong observational and communication skills. Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
