Caregivier Karma HomeCare LLC Shermans Dale, PA 17090 Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you care for, making a positive impact in their daily routines. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Help with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities. Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. Document care provided and report any changes in client’s condition to the appropriate personnel. Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans. Must be able to pass background checks and any required training certifications. Flexibility in scheduling is important, as shifts may vary based on client needs.
